Squivr for Account Management

Hi there! I am a member of the Squivr Go-To-Market team with over 10 years of experience in sales/account management roles. The products that Squivr offers: Org Chart and Playbook, make day-to-day Salesforce administration so much easier. Here are a couple of my favorite features:

1.       Categorize Org Charts by Opportunity Roles

When managing an account, it is critical to understand your key players. However, Salesforce accounts may have 1000s of contacts underneath them! Squivr allows you to filter your org charts down to only the contacts with roles on an Opportunity. In the example above, the colored icons represent the standard Salesforce roles that have been assigned to the contact. We only see the 5 relevant contacts here, making the view much more digestible while also providing insight to management/other departments on who is going to help us close the opportunity.

2.       Visualize Indirect Relationships on an Account

Aside from the core account you’re working on, there may be several indirect relationships important to the account (i.e. Salesforce reps, an ISV partner, or another division of the main account). You will notice a dotted line in the example above that shoots out from the Account to visually represent these indirect relationships. This is huge! I know I’ve struggled to represent this in a meaningful way within Salesforce, and this feature allows you to easily do so!

3.       Track your QBR Metrics Directly in Salesforce

Taking a look at Playbook, Squivr’s second product, you will see a Gantt style chart of important tasks to track to opportunity close. As any rep knows, QBRs are extremely important exercises for voicing your confidence in the Quarter. Much of this information is kept outside of Salesforce and slapped onto a powerpoint the night before the QBR Meeting (sound familiar? 😊) Playbook keeps this information natively in Salesforce from beginning of deal cycle to end! All you need to do is check off the tasks under each Gantt bar:

In summation, Squivr enables better account management in Salesforce. Multiple departments within an org can collaborate, and reps have organized relationship maps and playbooks as selling aides. Interested in learning more? Contact info@squivr.com for more information!
