Playbook on Any Object
Custom Objects in Salesforce are a powerful tool that many organizations use. However, there are advantages and disadvantages of adding custom objects to your Salesforce Organization. Regardless of how protective and cautious your Salesforce org it is highly likely that custom objects will be installed in your Salesforce Org, either through the installation of Apps from the AppExchange and requirements of internal processes. In addition, Salesforce itself promotes object agnostic behavior with their trailhead training.
For mature Salesforce orgs, custom objects likely need to be part of your evaluation for future projects, including purchases from the AppExchange. Using tools like Squivr Sales Playbook that are Object Agnostic increases the speed to value by allowing the functionality to be used with current custom object schemas.
When configuring the Squivr Sales Playbook, the functionality allows the playbook to be parented by any Salesforce object custom or standard—allowing for maximum flexibility within an individual salesforce org. Squivr Sales Playbooks can be used on multiple objects simultaneously, allowing for multiple account management, sales, marketing, and support use cases.
